Design & Approval
We produce layout drawings, visuals, and a detailed proposal. Once you approve the design, we lock in costs and agree a timeline.
Planning & Construction
We handle planning (where required) and begin off-site construction (where possible). Every module is precision-built in our controlled environment.
Siteworks & Delivery
We prepare the site, setting foundations and ensuring access for craning. We also handle service connections and coordinate delivery logistics to keep everything running smoothly.
Installation & Handover
Modules are delivered and installed rapidly and securely. We complete all finishes, conduct snagging, and hand over a turnkey space.
Aftercare
We stay in touch post-handover to ensure peace of mind and fast help if anything needs adjusting.
